脊椎鬆動術與脊椎鬆動術實習

學分數：脊椎鬆動術一學分、脊椎鬆動術實習一學分

課程內容：脊椎鬆動術為物理治療師的進階治療技巧之一，藉由徒手或器材對人體脊椎關節或鄰近軟組織施力，可以改變組織特性與排列，達到止痛、消腫、放鬆、增加活動度、促進功能等目的。本課程探討脊椎鬆動術於治療脊背疼痛之理論與手法、及其臨床之運用，包括骨盆失能、下背疼痛、肩頸痠痛病患之物理治療評估與鬆動術治療，並提供對脊背疼痛患者評估與治療之操作演練。

 

授課對象：物理治療學系暨研究所之研究生及大學部學生，限修習過操作治療學及操作治療學實習者

授課時間：每週三下午 5：30 ~ 8：20

授課地點：公衛大樓三樓物理治療學系系館實習教室

教學目標： 學生在修習本課程後，應具有以下能力

1. 能描述脊背疼痛患者之臨床症狀與相關醫療方式

2. 能說明脊椎鬆動治療之機轉, 並能描述頸椎鬆動治療之操作技巧

3. 能指出脊椎鬆動治療之適應症與非適應症

4. 能獨自執行上背疼痛或下背疼痛患者之物理治療評估與鬆動治療

先修課程： 操作治療學(408 22300)與操作治療學實習(408 22310)

備註： 實習時需穿著無袖開背式背心、短褲，長髮者需束髮
