課程概述 |
什麼使得違反法律的行動成為公民不服從?哪種違法的抗議行動可以獲得道德上的證成?從事公民不服從行動的人為什麼必須願意接受懲罰?對公民不服從的討論往往側重這些問題。羅爾斯把公民不服從定義為一種公開、非暴力、基於良知而且是政治的違法行動,目的是為了改變法律或政府的政策。但這樣的主張引發了許多問題和爭論。
本課程將聚焦在當代政治哲學對公民不服從的探討。我們將藉由閱讀相關文獻來掌握公民不服從在理論上涉及的核心概念和道德基礎,並藉由討論獲得更進一步的深入瞭解。

課程要求 |
1.課前閱讀:修課學生須於課前仔細閱讀每週指定閱讀文本,撰寫論點摘要與心得,以充分掌握相關論點之問題意識與理論主張。
2.課堂討論:修課學生與教師針對閱讀文本裡的論點、疑惑不解之處或可能的問題進行討論。
3.期末報告:修課學生需針對本課程之授課內容,自選研究主題,撰寫個人報告。 |
