課程概述 |
在當代政治哲學的研究裡,關於為什麼應該保障公民不服從,主要的理據包括權利取向和證成取向這兩類觀點。權利取向主張有從事公民不服從的權利。然而,這是什麼樣的權利?支持有這種權利的根據為何?其範圍與限制為何?這些都是值得進一步探究的問題。本課程聚焦於公民不服從的權利取向,將透過閱讀相關理論和學者之間的爭論,深入瞭解並評估這種觀點的合理性和可行性。 |

1.瞭解公民不服從在當代政治哲學的討論
2.瞭解公民不服從的權利取向之相關論證與批評
3.將本課程所學結合到自身的研究當中 |
課程要求 |
1.課前閱讀:每週需預先仔細閱讀指定閱讀文本,撰寫論點摘要與心得,以充分掌握相關論點之問題意識與理論主張。
2.課堂討論:針對文本內容、論證主張、疑惑不解之處或延伸問題進行討論。
3.期末報告:針對本課程之授課內容,自選研究主題,撰寫個人報告。 |
