課程概述

競爭情報(Competitive Intelligence, CI)是指稱有價值的訊息,也可指稱蒐集資訊並將其轉譯為有價訊息,藉以輔助機構佈局與策略決策的過程。CI團隊必須具備界定關鍵使用者,例如決策者的需求、情報主要主題和關鍵議題;辨識出版來源,檢索相關文獻;善用人力資源進行研究,透過訪談及其方式獲得第一手資料;利用各種模式和工具,分析研究蒐集到的資訊,將結果轉譯為有價值的情報,與情報需求者分享研究分析結果,並提出建議等各項能力。 

課程目標
經由課程之學習,期望建構同學下列能力,
- 了解競爭情報的理論與實務;
- 清楚競爭情報的重要議題與發展趨勢;
- 了解、評估和善用相關技巧、技術和工具;
- 為特定組織設計競爭情報計畫 
課程要求
本課程以講授、實作、報告與計畫執行等方式進行。
