課程概述

本課程採講授與討論方式,介紹都市與區域發展的決策分析方法,決策內容著重於發展方案的規劃及評估,例如土地使用、運輸網絡或公共設施之區位布設。具體的主題包括「線性規劃(linear programming)」、「整數規劃(integer programming)」、「多目標規劃(multi-objective programming)」、「不確定性規劃(programming under uncertainty)」、「多準則評估(multiple criteria evaluation)」等理論基礎與方法技巧,並經由案例介紹與練習獲得在都市與區域發展決策上的應用經驗。 

課程目標
1. 使學生具備進行都市與區域發展規劃與評估的量性規範分析方法;
2. 使學生具備選擇或建立合適分析方法的能力;
3. 提供學生實際操作各種常用分析方法的經驗。
 
課程要求
1.上課表現:10%;
2.作業:40%;
3.文獻導讀:10%;
4.期末報告佔40%。
