課程概述 |
由於現大國家的人民在日常生活中幾乎無法逃避「政治現象」與「政治抉擇」，諸如公職人員的選舉貨對國家與地方政策的意見表達，大學生有必要具備「政治現象瞭解與政治抉擇」之能力。是以本課程企圖以理性的態度與科學的方法介紹重要的政治學概念，並建立一些政治分析架構，使他們能夠藉以觀察、分析甚至預測政治現象、熟悉現代政府或民間組織的運作過程，有助於成為優秀並具有影響力的公民，甚至成為傑出並具有前瞻性的領導者。 |
