課程概述：
本課程的教學目的，主要著重於介紹比較政府與政治（comparative government and politics）的一些重要概念與理論。針對在職專班學生的需求，提供結合理論與實務的教學內容，並強調比較的觀點，以提升在職專班學生更寬闊的國際視野。教學重點包括：比較政府與政治的研究範圍與途徑、比較政府體制，包括：議會內閣制、總統制、半總統制（雙首長制）與委員制、比較政黨體系、政黨體系與政府組成、比較選舉制度、台灣的憲政發展、政黨政治與選制改革等議題。
