Course Description |
This course is to introduce the basic human structure and life phenomena to students coming from non-medical backgrounds. The content of each lecture will cover basic concepts from anatomy and the associated physiology to clinical diseases and their treatments. |
Course Objective |
Objectives:
1. Understand the basic anatomy and physiology of major organ systems
2. Understand major diseases for each organ system and their treatments

Course Requirement |
This course will be conducted in a Hybrid format (online and on-site).
Each lecture will consist of a pre-recorded clip placed in the NTU Cool platform.
Each lecturer will give a 50-minute introduction via on-site or via online.

The students will need to prepare for the Final Group Report.
The grouping details:
In the course introduction of the first week, the students will be divided into 8 groups with about 6 students in each group, sorted according to the student number, and the topics of each group are generated by random allocation. |
