課程概述 |
負責任之生產消費循環,對於社會面臨的永續性問題十分重要,整合的發展綠色生產與消費計畫,可以減少現在及未來的經濟、環境及社會成本,增強競爭力並減少貧困。本課程分為四大部分:定義及基本原理、供給方的解決方案、需求方的解決方案、國際及區域政策與行動計畫。本課程著重在分析目前不永續的原因,在供給方及需求方探討實現更永續的生產和消費的各種策略。透過不同尺度的實際案例,使學生了解生產和消費方式對環境及永續性的影響。 |

【教學目標】
本課程的目的是培養學生永續環境領域基本知能,同時訓練學生思辨能力、人際溝通能力、獨立判斷能力及團隊合作能力等。透過讓學生意識到資源生產與消費間的差距及急迫性,學習如何利用及處理現有資訊找到解決方案。主題建立將強調糧食-能源-水資源間的消費與生產,同時納入循環經濟的概念及國際應用現況,強調多面向的清潔生產技術及工具。
